COACH, NLP PRACTITIONER
I have a passion for helping others develop
their potential and overcome limiting behaviours.
My passion arose from overcoming my own bad
habits and addictions, and helping others to achieve better
lives. I have training in Counselling, Coaching, Spritual
development, NLP, EFT, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Reiki,. I have
also trained in the areas of Suicide, Mental Health, Grief and
Loss. My employment experience includes Lifeline and
facilitating Self Development Courses Corporately.
My 16 yrs of recovery has been an amazing
journey, where support to enable self understanding has been
the key to a life of abundance and happiness. I now want to
give others an opportunity to have the resources I had to
search for.
I believe in a holistic approach to recovery
that suits each individual. I have found attention to all
aspects of self, essential to continuing improvement.
I am continuing my studies in psychotherapy and
counselling and attend regular professional development. I
bring this knowledge and experience into my practice.
“Every crisis
represents an opportunity that does not manifest until all the
facts are acknowledged and accepted. As long as you try to
deny or wish things were different, you remain trapped inside
that situation and the window of opportunity does not open
up.”
Adapted from Eckhart Tolle ‘The Power of Now”
Recovery Coaching can help you to acknowledge and accept the
situations you are facing. Then gives you the skills to be
able to deal with them.
